Domino’s Pizza is the UK’s leading pizza delivery company with outlets in the UK, Ireland and Germany.  We are Domino’s digital agency and work with them to identify and plan their e-commerce offering as part of an integrated multichannel strategy which aims to offer Domino’s customers an excellent and cohesive experience of ordering; anytime, anyplace.

In March 2012 it was announced that over half of all delivered sales for Domino’s now comes from online, and 16% of those sales coming from a mobile device.  E-commerce is an essential and continually growing channel for Domino’s and our work on their e-commerce channel has seen sales rise by 44.5%.  We have achieved this by continually testing their e-commerce site to better understand what facilitates optimum conversion rates for Domino’s as well as added insight into how to improve functionality for their customer’s user experience, whatever the channel.

Successful elements of our work on the Domino’s Pizza e-commerce strategy have then been applied to other channels, offering Domino’s customers a streamlined, integrated experience when ordering whether its via their website or on a mobile device.  As well as managing their e-commerce site we’ve implemented in-store Kiosks, mobile SMS ordering and apps for both iPhone and Windows Phone 7 for Domino’s.

Domino’s sales rose by 9% again in 2012 and the company are continuing to expand with more stores scheduled to open this year in the UK, Ireland and Germany.
