New Look is one of the UK’s leading fashion chains and provides great value, on-trend garments and accessories.  Established in 1968 New Look has expanded to over 300 stores nationally and is one of the most recognisable brands on the British high street.  The brand is now also internationally established, with branches in France, Belgium, Ireland and Dubai.

New Look came to Vexed wanting to develop their creative campaign and monitor online views on their brand.  We produced a system that gave them highly tailored reports of relevant consumer chatter and enabled them to respond more quickly to consumer demand, affording them valuable insight into fashion consumer behavior and trends related to them.  This helped New Look to understand more closely their target market’s relationship with their brand and to attract fashion bloggers who were influencing its fashion projections.

Designer and celebrity collaborations such as those with Giles Deacon and Alexa Chung strengthened their on-trend, budget fashion reputation and provided valuable identification for their target customer.  Vexed provided a design-led marketing strategy to showcase New Look’s celebrity campaigns, such as a specialized microsite for the new swimwear collection by Kelly Brook and enhanced their website’s display of new collections.
